What's wrong with this ad?

I just noticed this ad in the sidebar on Facebook:

I read the title and was very excited for a moment, but then I looked more closely at the picture and my excitement turned to "HUH?!?"

I do love the shoes (a friend of mine just got a pair which I was drooling over) but..."Captain America Approved"???

This is gorgeous. Wouldn't this be fun for the Fourth of July?

But I have a question: if you do this, do you just not talk, eat, drink or lick your lips? I know I'd ruin this in about 3 seconds. :(
